Crawford Bray Design, Inc. focuses on finding beautiful furnishings and objects and re-imagines them for today’s interior design clients.
Passionate about artistic expression (or Inspired by all forms of art), Crawford Bray pulls from his collective background in painting from the tender age of six to dancing with the Metropolitan Opera of New York and extends these experiences into the application of Interior Design.
Crawford entered the interior design business, formally, working alongside Howard Kaplan, a legend in the New York City interior design community. Through his responsibilities as buyer, designer, and merchandiser, Crawford formed the foundation of his interior design career. While in New York, Crawford received a certificate of Interior Design from Parsons School of Design, New York, NY.
Crawford went on to expand on that foundation with his work with Jerry Pair. Initially, with Jerry Pair, Crawford focused on the basics of the showroom business. Customer service, customer service, customer service. Eventually, as Director of the antiques division he was responsible for traveling to Europe and buying select pieces for the three Jerry Pair showrooms, Atlanta, Dania and New York as well as merchandising each showroom. During those years Crawford also conceived and executed award winning visual displays for the Atlanta and New York Showrooms. The creative freedom and encouragement afforded by Jerry Pair fostered his vision and this new endeavor.
